6. Educational programmes

When participating in educational programmes (e.g. through schools), we only process the necessary contact details of teachers or supervisors.
Pupils' details are not actively stored, unless this is necessary for organisational reasons and always in consultation with the school concerned.

7. Photography and visual material

During events or activities, photographs or video recordings may be made for promotional purposes (website, newsletter, social media).

We do not take specific portrait photographs without permission.
Visitors can always indicate that they do not want to be photographed.
For images of minors, we ask for explicit permission from parents/guardians.
